Our recommendation is to get atleast a cat5e rated cabling done. The price is not a big factor when it comes to future compatibility. Cat6 is commercial grade low crosstalk cable. It is suitable for noisy environments seen at medical facilities or microwave areas. It has good mechanical properties and heat tolerance.
